Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon Ho Chi Minh City

The hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet every morning and had a superb cocktail lounge. The staff were super friendly and accommodating with all requests and needs. The hotel's location was great, conveniently situated within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and bars.

the AC controller in our room was a little temperamental at times, but it didn't impact the overall quality of our stay.

I recently stayed at Renaissance Riverside in the city center. The location was perfect for exploring the major attractions of the city, and the roof top swimming pool and sky bar offered a nice view of the river. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. I also enjoyed trying out the local restaurants nearby.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The rooms were not only comfortable but also clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast was really good, offering a wide variety of options from Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, to the usual Western breakfast. The hotel's location next to the Saigon river provided amazing views and a unique experience, especially from the rooftop bar where I could enjoy watching the entertaining traffic on the roundabout below. The staff was helpful, providing valuable local information and recommending a fantastic restaurant nearby. The hotel's proximity to Times Square and its lively atmosphere made it even more appealing. I would definitely choose this hotel again for its ideal location and fine views. HCM is a fabulous city!

Great river and traffic views from rooftop bar, fun to watch. Helpful staff recommended good restaurant nearby. Fabulous location for exploring the area, close to Times Square too. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The buffet breakfast offers a wide range of delicious options. the rooftop pool and bar provide a great spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful river view.

The breakfast buffet was superb, offering a delicious spread every morning. The location of the hotel was key, being just a couple of blocks away from the main street and right on the river. This made it easy to walk to most tourist sites. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to fulfill requests and meet our needs.

The hotel decor felt a bit dated, with sparse furniture and little decoration in the room. It left me with an empty feeling.

We loved the exclusive amenities at this hotel, especially the swimming pool and spa lounge. the service was impeccable and the staff always ready to assist. the location was perfect for us as it allowed us to explore the city with ease. We were thoroughly impressed by their restaurant and in-room breakfast, which catered to special dietary needs.

The staff was friendly and helpful, from the check-in gals to the maintenance guy. They provided excellent service, even going above and beyond to retrieve and mail back my forgotten earrings. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the suite I stayed in was well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast had a decent selection and was one of the best I've had. The free airport shuttle was a great convenience, especially for late-night flights. The hotel was located close to downtown, allowing easy access to the city without breaking the bank.
